You are not alone

Safety & Support

The Hyperspace Codex is an archival and storytelling tool for citizen science — not a medical, therapeutic, or dosing guide, and nothing here is an encouragement to use any substance. Psychedelics and other substances carry real psychological risk, especially for anyone with a personal or family history of psychosis or bipolar disorder.

If you’re struggling — during or after an experience, or with substance use of any kind — reaching out is a sign of strength. The organisations below offer free, confidential, non-judgemental help.

If you or someone else is at risk of serious harm right now, contact emergency services first: 999 (UK), 911 (US/Canada), or 112 (Europe & much of the world).

This list isn’t exhaustive and the Hyperspace Codex isn’t affiliated with, and doesn’t endorse, these organisations — we simply point to trusted, established services. It is not a substitute for professional medical care or emergency services. Wherever you are in the world, Find A Helpline can locate support near you.
